The problems of orphaned children stood in front of society and always will likely be in the near future. Children without parental care are in any society: it is rich or poor, because no one is safe from the risks that we can expect for the next turn. But in recent years have increasingly turned to social orphans, or sometimes they are called in literature «abandoned children». These are children who are brought up in orphanages with living parents. These are children whose parents have abandoned their education, forget about them or do not fulfill their educational function in the right direction. Such children make up the bulk of children's homes. These children are brought up in an orphanage, caregivers and replace them with Dad and Mom; they pass their initial period of life.

Current state of children's homes and the problems faced by their students at the exit of them, draw the attention of so many professionals. The reason for this is that graduates of children's homes are «strangers» in society after leaving their child at home. They do not feel normal members of society; do not feel integrated into the normal social connections and relationships. This is a consequence of their education in institutions of getting out usual living environment. This is an impact on the socialization process, which differs significantly from that which is in the family. And the importance of the socialization process in a person's life is very large.
