Classification of criminals

The classification of criminals - is the distribution of their teams, based on certain criteria. The identity of the offender is different from the person not a criminal public danger. The nature of the public depends on the motivation direction of criminal conduct. The degree of public danger personality changes depending on the persistence and depth of the focus.

It is therefore crucial to the classification of offenders on two criteria:
     * the nature and content of motivation;
     * the depth and persistence of crime focus.

The nature and content of the motivation, the following major groups of criminals:
     * With a negative, disparaging attitude towards the human person, the most important benefits: the life, health, physical integrity (violent type of person);
     * To gain focus (self-type);
     * To deliberately neglect their civil and professional responsibilities;
     * A lightly-irresponsible and negligent attitude to the requirements and responsibilities (reckless criminals)
     * Based on the absolute priority of its own (as well as relatives and friends) needs;
     * Based on the need to meet the basic necessities of life.
