A quick break from my normal posts. Linkstar linkstar linkstar linkstar, yeah it's a musing proposal right? There has been no end of press about these guys lately in the webmaster world. They seem to the one, the only, man, woman, child and child bearing hips.I've managed to get into their network and have sold adverts to them on many of my blogs. There is a strict non-disclosure agreement but that suits me fine since it goes both ways. They're a UK based company so at least we know what we're dealing with unlike when you get those emails from indian outsourcing companies. Another friend of mine had a baby a year ago. She was not paying much attention to her biological changes because she has this thought that nature have defeated her when it comes to her body so she will just let it run its course. One day, while in the shower, she noticed how toned her arms were, better than when she was still single. She tried to remember what she had been doing that used her arms the most.Then she remembered how she would play with her son most of the day, since he was old enough. She would throw him in the air with utmost care and catch him with her arms. She did this for quite some time, until he was able to walk. If you calculate the ratio of a child's growth both in height and weight, you can imagine how heavy he was. Now imagine doing that for a couple of months, more than an hour each day. As I always remind my avid readers, there is no short cut to a fit and trim body. You want a supermodel body? Work for it. You have to shed blood, sweat and tears. Is exercise too strenuous for you? I am terribly sorry but there is no other way around it. If you think not eating properly like skipping meals or skipping eating altogether will help you lose unwanted pounds, you are right in a way but all wrong in general. When you starve yourself, your body tends to look for what it has accumulated before the scarcity of intake started. As a result, it will slowly gnaw on your muscles causing weight loss in the wrong places. You end up looking like a starved animal, all skin and bones. It can also lead to malnutrition that can cause overall fatigue and weakness that will not allow you to do the simple things that are part of your daily routine. Cardio Dance

My mother loves to dance. She used to tell me how disappointed she feels whenever she remembers how I have four left feet. I never liked dancing. I cannot stand seeing other men dance [no offense], no matter what genre it is. Then I hear about this latest workout routine that I thought my mother would love.Cardio dance is just like hip hop abs with a wider range of steps and is more on cardio. It is more of a group exercise than individual training, if you do not like moving around with a lot of people then you might want to reconsider joining a class. If it is your first time, talk to the trainer before the beginning of the class. Be aware of each movement, since it is a group class, you cannot expect the instructor to see your every move, creating more room for mistakes. If there is something you do not seem to understand, go ahead and approach your instructor for help. Better safe than sorry. Planned Meals

Most people do not realize the importance of planned meals. It is not wrong to eat out every now and then but bringing your own food has is more advantageous.First, unless you are super close to the owner of the place you always go to for your food and you know he will not lie to you about what he puts in your food and he is not ripping you off, then go ahead and carry on with your habit. It is better to slave away in the kitchen for one weekend to prepare your meals for the week and freeze them. That way you know what is in your food since you made it yourself. You know it has not been bathing in regular oil for two hours or has genetically modified ingredients. Cooking all of your meals of an entire week is no joke either when It comes to effort. You will be spending hours if not an entire day in the kitchen. All that chopping and humidity can make you sweat like a pig. And you do all that standing up. How is that for exercise? You get to make healthy meals and you get to exercise at the same time. Keep The Fun In Your Workout Regimen

When you get bored of your work out program and you do not want to shift to another form of exercise like yoga or pilates or yogilates or cardio dance, try incorporating exercise into your favorite hobby or your favorite part of your daily routine. For mommies, if you love spending your day playing with your kids, try lifting them in the air often. This will help tone your arms. Just observe proper posture and pacing to prevent injuries. Go to your backyard often and run around. Take them to the local park and play for three hours.If you have a sport as your favorite pastime that you only do once a week, make time to do it more often and spread it out over the week. If you do not have a very physical hobby, try to find one that is interesting to you. Try not to start with anything that requires much gear, you never know how long your interest will last. I have heard of several people saying that if you cannot sleep, the last thing you can do is to exercise. You get all worked up with the entire routine and your body responds by pumping all sorts of chemicals that will keep you up for ten years. This is not always the case. As I always say, truth is subjective.When I was new to working out, I would spend unhealthy hours in the gym to wear myself out after a long day in my desk job. When I get home, I do not have much energy to anything else but sleep. I force myself to have a small meal and just leave the dishes to be done in the morning. I cool down, eat, wash up and hit the sack. Liposuction

I always remind people that there is no shortcut to a fit body. When friends and colleagues come up to me asking about liposuction I always say the same thing: there is no shortcut to a fit body. You have to work hard if you want to lose fifty pounds. If you want something bad enough, you would do anything you can to get it no matter how hard it is. Of course there is always another counter argument for that. If you want something so bad you will do anything and would often times resort to something drastic, in this case liposuction.No matter how skilled your doctor is, there is always a risk in such procedures. As I have always said, truth is subjective. What might be proven to be fact may not apply to you. Once you are on the table, anything can go wrong, no matter how thorough your evaluation was.
