Sport is very important for our health, but it is very important to avoid overload, as it may cause more harm, than good. Sport is an important part of our life. We must go in for sports to keep fit, to enjoy life and maintain capacity for work of body in general and each organ in particular. Exercises should be mild and cautious to avoid injuries and traumatism. This is of course, if you are an ordinary person and don't dream about sporting career. Sport is useful ay reasonable measures. Many people fail to understand this truth. They think that the more exercises they do, the healthier they will be. Thus they attain absolutely opposite effect. They undermine their health and even acquire new diseases. If you have made up your mind to change your life and improve your health by means of exercises, you should first and foremost consult your doctor. Your doctor will examine you and determine whether you are allowed to do these exercises. This is very important, because if you neglect visiting your doctor, you may face additional and unexpected problems. If you have some chronic diseases or other health disturbances, you are likely not to be allowed to go in for sports. Sport is health if it is reasonable and controlled. Sport is a long-term means of improving health but it can never be combined with treatment of some serious diseases. In any case, even if you feel nice, consult your doctor before changing your lifestyle.
